2. Bookings & Payments

 

 

  • All bookings must be made through our website or directly with our team.
  • A deposit (if applicable) must be paid at the time of booking to secure your slot.
  • Remaining balances must be paid on completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We accept payment via bank transfer, cash, or other agreed methods.

 

 

 

 

 

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

 

 

  • Cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice will not incur any charge.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may result in a charge of up to 50% of the booking value.
  • Rescheduling is possible subject to availability.

 

 

 

 

 

4. Services Provided

 

 

  • We offer gardening, landscaping, fencing, turf installation, patio laying, and handyman services.
  • All work will be carried out to a professional standard.
  • Waste removal (if included) will be specified within the booking confirmation.

 

 

 

 

 

5. Access to Property

 

 

  • Customers must ensure access to the property at the agreed time.
  • If our team cannot access the property, this may result in a missed appointment fee.

 

 

 

 

 

6. Liability & Insurance

 

 

  • We are fully insured, but we are not liable for:
    • Pre-existing damage to lawns, plants, or property.
    • Delays due to weather, traffic, or circumstances beyond our control.
  • Customers must inform us of any hazards, hidden cables, or obstacles that may affect our work.

 

 

 

 

 

7. Complaints & Quality Guarantee

 

 

  • If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us within 24 hours of completion so we can resolve any issues.
  • Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction, and we will work with you to address any concerns.

 

 

 

 

 

8. Promotional Offers

 

 

  • Discounts or promotional codes (e.g., MOW10) must be applied at the time of booking and cannot be added after payment.
